Processing & Shipping Times
Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Standard Orders: Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch.
Many of our products are made to order to reduce waste and stay eco-friendly, so processing times may vary.
International Orders

Orders are shipped within 2–6 weeks depending on the item.

Delivery typically takes up to 12 business days after processing via your local postal service.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or delays. Any delivery claims must be filed directly with USPS.

Customers are responsible for being available at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery date.

Please verify your shipping address (including apartment/unit numbers) before placing your order.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Address Changes
We cannot change shipping addresses after your order has been placed. Orders will only be shipped to the address entered at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Exchanges & Returns

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered unless an error occurs on our part.

Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot process exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to our sizing chart before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact jordan@nostalgicgarments.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can promptly resolve the issue.
